We're looking for a 8:1 MUX device with lower Rds(on) to eliminate the possible voltage dropout problems on ssolar application. The max. On-state sw resistance mthe SN74LV051A is up to 190-Ohm at 85degree and 3.3Vin. Is there better one able to compete with SN74LV4051A? Very thanks.
app: PVI
Customer: WW class
MUX device: 8:1
VCC: 3.3V
Hi Brian,
We have a new device out in the TMUX1208 which is an 8:1 mux with low Ron. If this is the key spec for them then this should be a good fit since the max Ron for 3.3V at +125°C is 17Ω.
This part can also be found by sorting the Muxes/Switches selection guide based on Ron.
