TS5A3160: I'm looking for a 2:1 make before break switch. Please help recommend a part.

Could you please give us some details on the application and use case to understand the key considerations.

Questions:

- What is the application and why is there a requirement for make before break?

- Supply voltage?

- Signal voltage?

- Signal frequency and/or bandwidth requirement?

All our 1ch, 2:1 (SPDT) switches support the "break before make" feature as it helps to prevent momentarily shorting of signal paths and reduce signal distortion issues.

If "make before break" is absolutely needed, you can use a 2ch, 1:1 (SPST) switch and control the make/break using the individual switch enable pins. 

TS5A23166 is a good 2ch, 1:1 switch and has two different control signal IN1 and IN2 to control the switches. The COM1 and COM2 can be tied together externally to make it a SPDT setup with NO1 and NO2 as output and you still can control each switch separately.
