Do we have any device that matches the customer requirements below?
"The switch I require is an ultra fast pulsing signal switch
It will have an ON time of approx. 12 nano seconds, an OFF time of approx.50 nanosecs.
It will be able to handle about 5000 volts but only micro amps.A research paper shows this is possible if As SE is the mixture base.
Please advise what the fastest switch is available and what voltage it can take. We may be able to use some in series if they are fast enough."
