Error on CCS v5.2.1.00018

HIi TIers while opening CCS i am getting the following error occurs .could anybody resolve it. thank you in advance.

    Hi Dinesh,

    this is simply a message a error was caught and will be emailed back to us here.   You can safely say yes or no as you choose.  If you do not want to see any of these messages going forward, you can tick "Don't Ask Again".

    Am I correct in assuming after responding CCS opens normally?

    No matter how clean CCS shuts down, that dialog always appear.  Either there is nothing to report or the app always has trouble shutting down cleanly.
