CCS 5.3 acting weird - Opens 2 windows for everthing

Hi,

I have been using CCS studio v5.3 for some time. Suddenly since 2 days its acting very weird.

For every window it opens 2 tabs , example if i click new project, 2 windows open

Similarly all windows are opening twice :

My main problem is, when i click the properties for any project, not only does 2 properties tabs open, it gives some weird error every time :

I googled and found many similar issues with the above error but i didnt find any working resolution. 

I tried re installing the CCS 5.3 but still i have the same issue.

Please help me out.
