Connecting the XDS100V3 to the the LM3S818 (setting up the target configuration)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3S818

I am trying to use the XDS100V3 to program an LM3S818, but I can't get even get the Jtage adapter to connect.

I attempting to us the RDK-ACIM motor development kit (which has an isolated Jtag connection).

In order to program/emulate/debug the LM3S818 I purchased the TMS320-XDS100v3_UM_Rev_B_Jtag_emulator from Olimex.

I then Installed the ti_emupack_setup_5.1.114.0.

then when I go to set up the target configuration, I get the following error message:

[Start]

Execute the command:

%ccs_base%/common/uscif/dbgjtag -f %boarddatafile% -rv -o -F inform,logfile=yes -S pathlength -S integrity
