CCS v5.3 installation error

I'm getting the above error message while installing CCS v5.3. I want to know how to solve this error.

    Hi,

    The CCS 5.3 installer has bug in it, that will try and download files to the current directory. It doesn't have write permissons in c:\windows and so is failing. 

    Please move your installer to a temporary folder on the computer's hard drive e.g. %TEMP%\ and try from there. Make sure you delete everything in your installdir before you attempt a new install.

    By the way, CCS 5.5 was released recently, in case you want a newer version.
