Error connecting to ice board with XDS100v2

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM3359, SYSBIOS

Hi

I am using XDS100v2 Emulator for debugging/loading program in ICE board. I have a new error after updating CCS 5.4 (before, it' ok, I think that the problem appeared after the update):

Error connecting to the target: (Error -1203 @ 0x3D5B) Unable to access the DAP. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.1.320.0)

If I try with an another board, same error. I push the reset button (warmreset) on ice board whitout success...

My ICE-AM3359.xml config file:

I Import I2c_Led project, no change, same error:

Please, is there someone to help me ?
