there is an error in Installing CCS5.3

helo, yesterday i installed ccs5.3, but an error dialog unexpectedly popued up.  after that error , installing prgramm stoped and did not stontinue to proceed , so ccs5.3 can not been installed successfully . how to fix this proble?my  operation is windows XP . the error description is below .thank you.

    Hi,

    I hope you've deactivated your firewall and anti-virus in your system before installing. Also, I would recommend you to install CCS v5.5 or the latest CCS v6 to avoid any further irregularities.

    Hi Jian,

    in addition to Guatams advice, I would recommend trying the latest version, v6.  Or at least v5.5.

    I would clean out the logs and installation and try again with one of these versions.

    If you still have issues, please send us the installation logs.  These are in the installjammer registry directory.  It may be hidden and is under program files or program files (x86).
