CCSv6 Import failed because its meta-data cannot be interpreted.

Hey I am trying to open a project that was originally build in ccs 3.3 with the new ccs v6 and i get th MSG on the headline.

I saw it's a common problem when upgrading ccs versions.

any suggestions what to do? how can I buid my project in ccs v6. I am working with TMS320CV5402 (windows 7)

    Most CCSv3 projects can be imported into CCSv6, however there are some corner cases where the import may not be successful. Unfortunately in that case, it might be best to create your project from scratch in CCSv6, add/link your source files to it and customize the build options using the CCSv3 project as a reference. The build options, source files etc for the CCSv3 project will be listed in the .pjt file.
