Which File is "Erase Sector Selection" Stored In?

I have not been able to find the file which stores the CCS setting for Properties > Debug > TMS320F28069 Flash Settings > Erase Sector Selection  The only place that seems to reference it is a file in the .launch directory, which I believe is auto-generated by CCS during build.  Where is Erase Sector Selection, so I can place it in source control?
