CCS V3.3 : Build error: cannot run dspcl

Hi,

I am using CCS V3.3.83.20 (just for old project and support) and I am trying to compile project with TMS320F2406A processor and I get Build error: cannot run dspcl error. I have installed and enabled C2400 Code Generation Tool 7.04., but file  dspcl.exe is missing.

I found this e2e.ti.com/.../76921 forum, but link on  dspcl.exe file has been removed.

Is there any chance to get  dspcl.exe and compile project?

    I've never seen that before.  The root directory of the compiler installation has three sub-directories: \bin, \include, and \lib.  Please show the contents of what you have in the \bin directory.
