I2C Read/Write error is occurring while accessing data from EEPROM

Hi,

We are using Tiva C micro controller(TM4C129ENCPDT) and an EEPROM is connected to this controller using I2C. Also we are using TI RTOS on this Tiva C controller & we are configured I2C0 for accessing this EEPROM. While testing, we are observing a random observation that I2C read/write is failing. This error will goes off only after resetting the controller.

From our analysis, it is found that I2C data line is pulled to low in this time but clock is available. Do you have any comments about this issue?
