CCS 6.2 Resource explorer file not found

CCS Version: 6.2.0.00050 Ubuntu 16.10 64-bit

Resource Explorer (Beta) can't install MSP430Ware v3.60 to Dekstop. After clicking on "Make available Offline", I get the error message:
"There was an error in downloading the file. Please try again." I've tried to download the files through a web browser from dev.ti.com/.../, but I get "File not found" error.
