CCS/TMS320C6713B: polite real-time debug option greyed out

Hi there,

I'm trying to use XDS560V2 JTAG debugger to debug TMS320c6713 in real time without interrupting the running DSP. I'm using CCSV6 but the option for polite real time debugging is greyed out, what should I do? Did I miss some necessary add-ins?
