CCS/CCSTUDIO: Problem to install CCS Studio V7 - Windows 7 - Need help please.

Hello,

I am using a laptop with a pro windows 7, and when I try to install CCS Studio I have some issues.

After a while, the CCS installation freeze and the computer can't unzip a folder "eclipse_core_4.5.1.custom-160121.zip" (picture below)

I took a look in the ccs install log folder ( 2625.install_logs.zip ) and I saw some problems with JAVA. I looked the E2E forum but I didn't find an answer to my problem and I don't know how to solve it.

So, if you can help me thanks.

Tristan,

My first suggestion would be try the offline installer instead of the web installer. You can get the offline installer for CCS 7.1 from here:
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS#Code_Composer_Studio_Version_7_Downloads

I think the offline installer should complete without issues, but if you still have problems, please take a look at this page for some general tips and known installation issues: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_CCSv7#Installation
