CCS/CC2640: CCS crashed while debugging code to cc2640

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I was downloading my code to my pcb using Code composer studio. and it got hanged then i closed it after that when i am opening CCS it is showing me creash message no code is downloading on it and debug menu is not working. i have attached screenshots of error message please see to it and tell me what can i do.

Hello,
Please try cleaning your environment. Clear the eclipse cache and use a new workspace folder (steps #2 and 3 below):
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Troubleshooting_CCSv7

Hello,
Can you try reinstalling the MSVC redistributable packages?
www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

make sure you select the x86 package
