After a failure import of TIRTOS. My CCS rejects open, Below is the error info.

I see the following in the attached log file:

!MESSAGE Problems occurred when invoking code from plug-in: "org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench.swt".
!STACK 0
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\ti\ccsv7\ccs_base\DebugServer\bin\LibraryLoader.dll: Can't find dependent libraries

This type of this error is known to occur when the Microsoft Runtime ibraries (that are required by CCS) fail to install properly or are corrupted. Please take a look at the link below and see if the suggestions there help resolve the problem.
