Compiler/PROCESSOR-SDK-AMIC110: How can I decided the xdctool version and cfg file and sysbios?

I have a trouble to unresolve. I use xdctool and cfg file from PRU-ICSS-Profinet_Slave_01.00.01.00,

but I could decide the version of xdctool and cfg file etc...

Please help us.
