CCS/MSP430AFE221: TI Could agent VCRUNTIME140.dll/MSVCP140.dll missing - Windows 10

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

When installing TI Cloud Agent - it complains about missing VCRUNTIME140.dl and /MSVCP140.dll

I have additional downloaded and installed vcredist_x64.exe 2015 e C++ which should add these files, but I note that they are already 21 copies of vcruntime140.dll on my system already for various apps.

I've also run the agent installer Run as Admin - ticloudagent__2__msp430.exe

still no luck.

Any suggestions?

Eric,

Could you please try install the 32 bit of the run time ie :

vc_redist.x86.exe

And then see if you still encounter the issue?
