I have the same problem, the out file depend from the location of sources. Can you explane me how you resolve it?

Is the difference you are seeing between the output in the same xdc.meta mentioned in the other thread?

No, I don't use the xdc.meta.

If you are not using XDCTools then the issue will be something else as the issue in that other thread was related to XDCTools.

Can you describe what you are seeing? What is changing in the build output?

exploring the .out file with a binary editor I notice the dipendence from source's path (also disabling the asserts):

(The par Number is f28004, I have posted in this section because it is indipendent from specific hardware).

Antonio,

The debug information contained in the .out file includes path information. This will vary based on location of the source files at build time. i.e. so that the debugger can find the files for debugging.

Note that the actual portion that gets loaded onto the device can be the same even when the debug information is different. There is a way to compare object files.

There is a package of scripts that includes one called objdiff. Objdiff will do a section by section comparison.
