Looking at the code, it appears that you are using the Motorware for C2000, however you mention the RM46x kit for the Part Number.
Which software package is your project based on and which hardware kit is it running on?

As I am beginner in these, I have little idea about these. Using motorware I should experiment with a PMSM. This I should do it through CCS/ lab5a . For this I am using TIDM-RM46XDRV8301KIT. 

The Motorware software package you are using and the labs/examples included in it are intended to run on F28x motor kits that are listed in the product page (under Design Kits & Evaluation Modules) : https://www.ti.com/tool/MOTORWARE

I don't believe they will run on the RM46X kit you refer to, but I will forward this thread to the appropriate experts so they can provide additional advice.
