CCS: App center does not work but if I have internet

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello.

I want to install a compiler in CCS v9.2 to run an example of a control suite, but when going to App Center it does not load, in the forum I found someone who was the same and the solution which is to go to " help> Install Code Generation Compiler Tools "but it also throws me an error.

How do I solve this problem? I even reinstalled the CCS program but the problem persists.

Please try all of the suggestions in this troubleshooting link first.

If you are unable to resolve it even after trying all the suggestions, let us know which specific version of C2000 compiler tools you are looking for and we will find another way to get it to you.
