Convergence problem while simulating relatively simple circuit

Hello,

I've tried tried to simulate quite simple (at my point of view) model of a custom device.

Simulation doesn't converge.

Here is schematic:

Here is extract from simulation log:

ERROR(ORPSIM-15138): Convergence problem in Transient Analysis at Time = 1.001E-06.
Time step = 186.3E-21, minimum allowable step size = 1.000E-18

These supply currents failed to converge:

I(V_Vpol) = -20.27uA \ -20.39uA

These devices failed to converge:
E_ABM4

Any suggestions ?
