Hi Experts,

    I would like to make a reference design about UCC28740, but the Vout= 48V and Iout=5A. Could you pls tell me that who designed the PMP20396 for more direct help? Thank you!

    Hi Skylar,

    Moving from 50W (PMP20396) to 250W is a very big change, this is probably not the best design to start from, a flyback with 250W will have a very large transformer.

    In addition the PMP20396 design has multiple outputs none of which are 48V. So it really doesn't make sense to start from this design.

    Does your application need to have PFC? What is the input range? Please let me know and I will help you to find a better design.
