Thank you Mr. Benjamin.

As of now we are testing design as it is. Now we will order the components you have mentioned and make custom transformer and test 84V.

Apart from this , we would like to monitor/measure all possible parameters(e.g Current , Voltage etc )of the Charging process and monitor in Micro-controller.

We want to make Smart-charger with CAN interface. Do we have CAN MCU in TI portfolio then we will use same.

Sitara MCUs such as AM2431 would have CAN.
