PSPICE for TI crashes when I start a simulation with an INFO(ORNET-1112) Error Message

I looked at the "About PSpice for TI" from the installed program and it shows 17.4-2023 S009 Windows SPB 64-bit Edition"

Thanks. I had Altium on my brain. S009 is what I suspected, but wanted to check first. 

Any word on the issue I am facing?

We've submitted a request for support from Cadence. I suspect it's the Windows 11 issue. Do the other computers that you've had success on also run WIndows 11?

Yes. I have an intel I5 laptop with Windows 11 that "PSPICE for TI" works. The issue is with my work Desktop I7 PC with Windows 11. 

Also at home, my desktop I7 with Windows 10 has issues too, but I have a home  I5 laptop with Windows 10 that works.

Seems that the common issue is with the processor.  I7 has issues, but not the I5.  I hope this helps to narrow down the issue.

Hi David. Thank you for your response. The Mornings webex is fine, but I don't have administrative rights on my work PC that has the issue.  I am contacting the IT administrator to join in and see how he can join on the webex. I am not sure if my work PC is setup to do webex.  I am wating for a response from the administrator to see how to proceed on this.

I just got a reply from our IT administrator. His availability is ok this Thursday any time after 9:30am (EST).

I missed an email from Cadence to me earlier about this.

Here's their first level of triage. See if this works:

1. Close PSpice-for-TI.
2. Go to %CDS_HOME%
3. Rename the cdssetup folder to cdssetup_old
4. Now start PSpice for TI.

David, I tried your recommendation. After trying it, the program stopped crashing, but unfortunately it presented another issue. Resolving this issue is taking too long and I have a deadline I have to meet on another project. When I have time, I will revisit this issue. I'll tell you when that happens.
