Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28740
Hello E2E Experts,
Good day.
Do you happen to have the PCB file of the reference PMP9204?
Thank you in advance.

Which Software this PCB File. You have also Gerber this File.
I have put-up some question E2E Portal. Please also reply me.
Can You share me Gerber File of PMP9204.
Can you converter PCB File to Gerber File of reference design PMP9204.

Hi Navi,
Below is a link to the Gerber files for Rev A of this design. Please note that C100, R101, R102 and R103 were added for Rev B and are not included in the Gerber file layout.

Hi Brian
My Name is Vishwanath. I am using Navi account some time. But Now I am using my account. I am new join this company.
In Web site schematic Rev1 or Rev2
Hi Vishwanath,
Sorry for using the wrong name. You have many threads open with various questions. To avoid further confusion, I am going to close all of the other threads, and we can just use this one to answer all of your questions. Can you please re-state all of your un-answered questions, and then I can help find the answers?
Ok
Just using this thread.
You have Rev B PCB File. Yes/No
what is effect C100, R101, R102 and R103 on yhis component in PCB
Hi Vishwanath,
No, we never made a Rev B PCB. C100, R101, R102, and R103 were added by hand on a Rev A PCB.
R102 provides some bias current to the TL431A and also adds some minimum load to the output so that the output voltage does not float higher when the output is at 0A load.
R101 and C100 were added for loop stability. They add extra phase margin to the feedback loop.
R103 was add to decrease the loop gain, which also helps ensure stability.
thanks,
Brian
OK
Got your point if edit this PCB File.
You have data transformer design beacuse Renco is very costily transformer.
I have also design transformer 3th Party.
I have TI simulate UCC28740 in webbench. I have given input 25VDC and output 5V/2A.it is working in webbench.
I have see transformer parameter is change.I will send data tommorw
25VDC is very low. What is the input voltage range that you need to operate across?
Dual Input in My supply.
Input AC -70VAC to 265VAC
Input DC 30VDC to 380VDC with Output 5V/2A.
I have also download Transformer details. Is it sufficiently. attached this file.
Hi Vishwanath,
I have looped in our WEBench team to help answer questions about the transformer created by WEBench.
thanks,
Brian
Hi Vishwanath,
Could you please share the WEBENCH design link by following below steps:
Step1:Create WEBENCH design for your input condition and click on share design option as shown below
Step2: Share the design link as shown below.
Also, Kindly clarify on which transformer parameter are changed.
This solution is working as per webbench. I have select component as per webbench
Hi Vishwanath,
Thanks for providing the WEBENCH design link, Could you please let us know what is the issue you are facing, In above comments it was not clear to us.

I am using reference design PMP9204. That input range 85-264VAC as per datasheet.
I want to use this circuit operate 30VDC to 400VDC with 5V/1A.
How will do work?
Hi Shaheen,
Hi Vishwanath,
Please find my comment below on your queries:
1. Using PMP9204 circuit operate 30VDC to 400VDC with 5V/1A
[Shaheen]: We have simplis transient model available which you can modify as per your circuit and check the functionality.
2. Can I take every component as per web-bench design:
[Shaheen]: WEBENCH model recommends the suitable components based on standard equations, thermal assumption, approximation power losses, and component availability in WEBENCH database. The values shown in opval might slightly vary in real time on board. However before proceeding further you can use simplis model /excel calculators attached here to verify the design.

Additionally, It's recommended to get this reviewed from our product experts. I will be moving this post to product experts for further assistance.

Hi Vishwanath ,
above model can be opened in Simplis.

Hi Vishwanath,
As the SImplis Transient model i have shared in above comment is Simplis schematic(.sxsch), This needs to be opened using Simplis only, YOu will not be able to open it using TINA. Please let me know if you have any other query
Which software are you using.
Please share me link. This software is free or cost
Hi Vishwanath,
Simplis is Licensed. See the SiMetrix website for information on the simulator user manuals.

File is open in SiMetrix software. But Not simulator in this software.
I have download demo verision.
Hi Vishwanath,
Kindly check SiMetrix website for information on the simulator user manuals.
