Please go download the latest C2000 digital power SDK:

You should be able to find the CLLLC_Calculations.xlsx file inside TIDM-02002 folder.

I have digital power SDK 4.0. Below is my file path to the CLLLC_Calculations.xlsx:

"C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_DigitalPower_SDK_4_00_00_00\solutions\tidm_02002\hardware\CLLLC_calculation.xlsx"
