Is there any excel calculator for mosfet selection etc.for higher current systems which are 10A or higher. Because our system operate at 20A

In order to increase the power level, you will need a FET with a higher safe operating area based on your system power, but accounting for the surge level.

We do have an excel sheet (attached to this post) which can help you verify the SOA you need, and if the chosen FET will work for you. This is a rough calculation, but it should give you a good starting point. You will still need to validate your FET choice.
