Hello,

We have requirement of 48V Input ,4KW Output Isolated DC-DC Converter.

Input : 36V DC to 60V DC , 48V DC Nominal

Isolated Output power : 4KW

Output voltage : Multi output and maximum 200V DC

It would be even better if you could tell me the procedure for operating with an output power of 4kW.

Hi Soundharya,

This design is not able to run from such a low DC voltage. You would need a totally different design.

Please get in touch with your local FAE to find another type of solution.

Hi Soundharya,

For 4kw this can be a phase shifted full bridge. This would probably be the best start for your design. You can start with power stage designer to help with your power stage however this will probably need to be controlled by a microcontroller like C2000. There not many reference designs that you can reference with these design specs.
