PSPICE-FOR-TI: Cannot install PSPICE for TI:

Tool/software:

I am trying to install PSPICE for TI. I launched the installer and entered my email address and my access key provided by TI. The installation fails to sign in and displays the error message "This application has encountered an internal error condition. For further assistance go to http://e2e.ti.com. (-2008)"

I am running Windows 11.

    Hi,

    Please  try the following:

    1. Create a new environment variable called “CDS_LIC_QA_TesT” and set it to a text file like this:
    2. Close and launch PSpice for TI and run a simulation. The file will be created. As soon as you see the error, close the tool.
    3. You can now rename the environment variable to something else or just deleted it so the log file won’t keep growing.
    4. send me the LicLog.txt file.
