Webench not being able to open previous designs or using LM2621

Hi, 

I tried to open designs I have with Webench today but the tool gets stucked with a message that says "Please Wait Refreshing Desing"

Then I tried to generate a new design with the part I wanted to apply (LM2621) but the tool never let me choose this part as an option for a new design (there was 

no create design button besides the part name ).

Is there any solution to this problem ?

    Hi Fernando,

    The LM2621 is not yet enabled in the WEBENCH Designer tool.  We are actually dusting off a previous reference design and fully enabling it with WEBENCH Circuit Calculators due to increased requests for this sleeping beauty.  We should go live with that solution in 2-3 months. 

    Unfortunately, that does not help you in your current design situation.  Today, the best I can offer is the applications section on page 8 of the datasheet here: http://www.ti.com/product/lm2621

    You could also order the eval board here to see hand's-on performance for the device.  http://www.ti.com/tool/lm2621eval

    I'm sorry we do not already have support for this device.
