Hi,

Recently I am using the LM5113 to drive the GaN FET from EPC in simulation. But I found that TI do not support LTspice. I know TI has TINA_TI simulator to simulate the LM5113, but I do not have TINA_TI file for GaN FET which I need to drive.

May I ask is it possible to get an unencrypted model for the LM5113? Thank you very much in advance and looking forward hearing from you.

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks for your reply. But when I follow the instruction of " Importing TI's Spice models into Tools other than PSpice and TINA-TI", I still can not find the unencrypted model of LM5113 in www.ti.com/spicerack.

Is there any other way that I can get the unencrypted model of LM5113?

Hi Ye,

The FAQ also provides instruction on how to obtain the unencrypted models (see excerpt below). You will need an NDA with TI to get this unencrypted model. As an alternate, you can use the TINA-TI model on the web. TINA-TI is a free simulator provided by TI.

3. Many models on www.ti.com continue to be encrypted. If you do need these in unencrypted format, please contact your TI Field Applications Engineer or submit a request through www.ti.com/support and they should be able to help you with this request. Note that this may need a valid NDA with TI.
