Hi Ron,
I find format of pspice model in Cadance should be .olb, but the format you have mentioned is .mod. Cadance can't recongize it .
Thanks!

The format for a PSpice model in Cadence is a .lib file. The .olb file is the symbol for the device, not the model.
The .mod extension can be changed to .lib as the file is in the proper format. You will then need to create the .olb file for the device using the Cadence provided Model Editor. This will load the .lib and create the proper .olb file for the device.
Hi Britt,
Thank you for your kindly reply. How can I change .mod to .lib file ?
Thanks!
Johnny
Johnny,
I would use the Rename option in Windows Explorer to rename the file from a .mod file to a .lib file.
No internal changes are necessary.
Hi Britt,
Thank you very much! I will try and enjoy my test result with you later.
Thanks!
