Hi,

I downloaded 74hc.lib from internet. I want use 74hc123A monostable multivibrator in Tina. By using 74hc.lib file I tried to add spice model to Tina. When I use New Micro Wizard I take an error that I add screenshot below.

Also I attached 74hc.lib file. Could you help me how I can use 74HC123A in Tina?

You have posted the built in .lib file for LTSpice for their custom built in logic gate support. These are NOT PSpice models. PSpice also has a proprietary model set up to support logic gates and those models cannot be imported into any other tool either.

If you have access to the industrial version of TINA, I believe that it has a set of built in logic devices that should include the HC devices. I am not sure if the HC123A is supported, but you could check with DesignSoft on their forum.

Hi,

I tried to find HC devices in Tina. I accessed many 74HC devices in Tina library. But Tina library doesn't include 74HC123A . Could you help me how I can access spice model of 7HC123?

It has come to my attention that a SN74LV123A PSpice model has just been released. You might be able to use it for your needs. It is located in the product folder and is unencrypted.
