    Hi,

    Minimum Input ranger for ADS124S08 is same as ADS1262 ? AVSS to AVDD is -2.5V to +2.5V in Both chip. I want to replace ADS1262 with ADS124S08 in TIDA-00550.

    Can anybody reply ?

    Hi Desai,

    the maximum differential input voltage (Vindiff) for the ADS12S08 is the same as for the ADS1262. For both devices Vindiff is -Vref/Gain ... +Vref/Gain.

    As far as the absolute input range is concerned the ADS124S08 performs slightly better since the PGA output can swing to AVSS+0.15V... AVDD-0.15V while the ADS1262 can swing to AVSS+0.3V... AVDD-0.3V only. For gains > 32 the ADS124S08 input range is same as for gain=32 since the additional gain is performed in the digital domain.
