Hello Team,

I would like to have a spice-model of the BUF22821, however there is only an IBIS model (version 4.0) available.
I have found a conversion tool (Micro-Cap) online but this generates a complete .lib file from the IBIS model. Have you experienced this before? Can you advise how I can easily generate a model out of all the subcircuits in the lib-file?

    Hi Ilona,

    What are you looking for in the converted model? If it is the behavior/function of the device, the conversion tool won't give you that.

    In fact, we do not recommend using the IBIS to SPICE conversion tool for any purpose.
