Hi

Our customer is asking the way of investigation of charge injection for TS5A3160.

Can you share the TINA-TI simulation model to see the effect?

Or could you please advise us a way to confirm the behavior using simulation?

BestRegards

  • Hi Na,

We do not have a spice model for this device. All available spice models can be found using the link below. We do not have a plan to make this model at this time, but one suggestion in case you want to build your own simple spice model would be use use a simple switch in your application with the appropriate ON resistances. Some logic could also be built around the switch using the "Controlled Voltage Source" wizard if you want to simulate the full functionality.
  • Hi Nikhil

    Thank you for your reply.

The way using Controlled Voltage Source would be considered,
but it is likely to take a time to comprehend parasitic component and reflect them to design.

Or, is all we should consider only ON resistances?

By the way, I found HSPICE model for TS5A3159. I think it is similar to TS5A3160, so I want to check its behavior with TINA-TI.

Is it possible to convert HSPICE model to TINA-TI spice model?

    BestRegards
