TINA/Spice: How to use GTO-Thyristors in TINA-TI?

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hello Guys,

I would like to simulate an AC/AC-Converter. This converter includs GTO-Thyristors.

As far as I know there are no Thyristors at TINA-TI so I included a SPICE-library from a distributor.

But there are just normal Thyristors and not GTO's

I couldn’t find any library with GTO's in the Internet.

So what can I do now?

Thank you in advance.
