Hi
I want to use the Rohm BJT 2scr574d3 in TINA-TI. Rohm provide a spice model at https://www.rohm.com/products/transistors/bipolar-transistors/standard-bipolar-transistors/2scr574d3-product/tools . I downloaded the zip, unzipped the lib file and opened it in TINA-TI where I then compiled it successfully. But when I run the 'New Macro Wizard' and choose the .lib file I get a blank dialog box when I click 'Next'. No suggested shapes, no net-list recognized.
I have been able to create a macro for STD1802, which is also a .lib file but is created as a sub-circuit.
I tried copying the parameters from 2scr574d3 into the STD1802 file in a text file. I was able to create a .TSM file but it didn't behave as expected in a simulation file I ran.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
regards
Steve
