Dear Sir,

We have completed the testing of 2 EVM Board of THVD 8000 and its working fine as per our application.I have some query while testing the THVD in real application.

 The actual process will be like. Data will flow through Ethernet to Uart then to the first node (THVD 8000) on DC bus.Only 2 wires will be coming out from the converter or gateway

For this converter we need To put thvd8000 IC on the master side so that uart single will be converter to THVD8000 signal with Signal A and Signal B superimpose on DC power.Which included the components which are marked below in the pic. (Like

    It looks like your question may have gotten cut off from your post.  Are you wondering about the external component selection for the master node?  If so - it will be the same as for slave nodes (communication is symmetrical), although if the node is sourcing power to multiple slave nodes the coupling inductors may require a higher power rating.  If you have any further questions, though, please let us know.

    As previously we were using Ethernet to Rs485 converter to work with Sn65hvd IC.So we embedded Rs485 ic in the master board then it was communicating with the node

    For thvd 8000 node we need to put The above circuit which is marked in red should be put to master board to convert Ethernet data to Readable formats for thvd8000

    Like Max mentioned, the master board and slave board have the same setup. The critical components are L1/L2 for power delivery and C9/C11 for data communication. R12 (termination) is optional but is recommended for long distance or high speed communication.
