Hi,
The “LE Read Transmit Power Command” (HCI 5/44) requirement was made mandatory by mistake in TCRL 2020-1. A spec errata and associated TSE were both approved for incorporated into the next TCRL.
In the meantime you may be asked to provide the test evidence HCI/CCO/BV-18-C.
In this case, you do NOT need to provide this test evidence. You can simply indicate the approved TSE in the Notes section.
