LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: Standby Current is more

I used "simplelink_cc13xx_cc26xx_sdk_7_10_01_24" SDK. I used Simple Peripheral example. I stop the clock then also same current even i disable each pin then also same current. But this current observes only in few boards if we change the IC then it will show the normal current.

1. How many devices are presenting this power consumption issue?
2. Could we double check the measurements setup of the power analyzer are correct? What is the "Range" you have setup (can we try it in Auto)?

1. Now only 3 devices are showing more current (total Devices: 3500)

2. Yes I double checked these devices, if we changed ic then it is showing correct value

If you have a TI LaunchPad, it would be interesting to mount the bad IC on the TI LaunchPad to insure that this it is not an issue with the custom board.

Hi Haiatullah,

We checked the TI LaunchPad, before replacing IC current is in micro (166uA) after replacing with Bad IC then current is in mA (7mA). 

I am not sure but i think oscillator might be high continue (transistor biasing might be wrong)
