In CC2564 Wiki page (see below link), the CC256x QFN PCB Guidelines (swra420.pdf) has missing information on some lengths of the PCB footprint definition. Could someone provide these information in document?

Hi Jesse,
We will check with the HW team and get back to you...
Regards,
Gigi Joseph.
Hi,
Please check the datasheet and QFN PCB Guidelines links below
Thanks for the link.
Yes, we already had these two PDF files of datasheet and PCB guide.
But there are still missing information on the footprint in PCB guide. Please check carefully again on my first post: There are 7 question marks in the footprint plot of my attach picture.
Ok, this is the dimension of IC itself.
What the customer needs is the dimension of PCB land pattern, not the IC pad dimension. I think we can use the QFN typical PCB design guide "SLUA271A" from www.ti.com to convince cutomer to use it.
Jesse,
They should be aligned. As a matter of fact, they can have a look at the CC2564 QFN EM reference design to clarify any of their doubts.

Though we have provided datasheet, layout guide, QFN package layout rule, and gerber file, all these 4 things still can't satisfy customer need of land pattern dimension.
Unfortunately, due to customer system, they insist on getting the PCB land pattern with detail dimension as below picture. Could we provide this as one picture or add it into our datasheet?
Hi Gigi,
Does the hardware team have any response? Customer is waiting d the land pad informationsince or they can start layout. Thanks a lot.
Hello,
Please ask them to use the corresponding attached BXL file to generate the PCB footprint in the desired format. That should be easier for them since they won't have to create the symbol anymore.
Let me know if it works.
