2541 module, P0_2 (make serial port Rx function)
pins occasionally appear fixed output 0.95V voltage, and P0_2 are not controlled by program.
After this situation, the chip do not lose the power, the chip reset, wipe off the program, it won't work, all the time it will output 0.95V voltage (the pin is grounded by 100 ohm resistance, which has 5.1ma current).
Only after the chip has dropped the power, the electricity return to normal.( the normal chip erasing procedure, the pin is 20K resistance and the pin is grounded what has 0.16ma current)
