Our custom hardware design is required to have a very long battery life. I have configured the 2640 BLE advertising interval to 10 seconds. When measuring current consumption, there is a spike once per second. The other hardware on board is definitely powered off. The periodic task within the simple peripheral app is not enabled to run. I'm at a loss as to what might be happening once per second and if there is a way to prevent it from running.
