TRF7970A: read registers by spi, the miso pin is always low

HI， 

    I read all registers by spi , found the miso pin is always low， then i write register 0x09 , value 0x01， and then read the register, the miso is low。

    I found a strange problem， When I lower the cs pin, the mios pin will also be pulled down， When I pull up the cs pin, the mios pin will also be pulled up，

    But the data in between has always been zero。
