CC2510: ADC input pins behavious

Hello,

I want to measure voltage at a given point by two or more ADCs of CC2510. Please refer below intended circuit diagram

I am using P0_2 line for reading the ADC. If only one CC2510 is connected, the readings are correct. When I connect two or more, the voltage on the line is going equal to Vcc. Please help.

I have also observed, if a single CC2510 device is connected, during conversion process, there is a true voltage on the line. Once the conversion is complete, the line voltage goes to Vcc. How to resolve this?

Hi,

Are all CC2510 on the same PCB and share same ground?

Also, how are you sequencing the conversions from the three CC2510s? Are you doing simultaneous conversion on all three devices?

Hi,

The PCB share same ground.

The conversion is happening at different time.

Hi,

Does P0_2 always remain as analog input on all devices when any of the ADCs are converting?

I am wondering if P0_2 defaults to digital pin in software when other ADCs are not engaged. Can you disconnect other ADCs and monitor the level on P0_2?

Hi,

During conversion, the voltage on the pin is as expected. Once the conversion is complete, it goes to Vcc. I disabled the P0_2 ADC input pin after conversion and put it in tristate. But it still behaves the same way.. Goes to Vcc
