Hi Support,

The same question as above. As IDX (Intelligraphics Inc) as Ti's 3rd party tech partner, we used to work together with it to customise proprietary driver for sniffer feature, etc. Now we need it help us upgrade with the driver with new feature, however it seems that this company (IDX -- Intelligraphics Inc) doesn't exist any more.

Any suggestion, please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks for your response. The key thing is that the recommended 3rd party from Ti couldn't continue with its service (and it seems that its link is still on your page), and we are very eager to require Ti help us see how to resume the service and mitigate our lost. 

BTW Sabeeh, 

How to mitigate the impact of Intelligraphics's shutting down and I believe Ti should have some good position to help its business customers rather than do nothing? Thanks a lot.

If the sniffer you acquired is from Intelligraphics then we don't have a way to support that. Is it just a Wi-Fi sniffer you acquired?

Intelligraphics helped us with several features as below, 

- Sniffer (we need this always online no matter the association with AP is broken or not, which is able to capture all beacon and data packets with specific MAC address respectively)

- ARP offload feature control (control over ARP offload feature to decide whether to process ARP by the host or target & Sysfs control)

- KRACK support (Avoid WPA2 Key Re-installation Attack -- KRACK).
